Blank screen appears instead of 'drill-down' report.

Drill-down reports (clicking a link within a report to view the next level) on this site must be viewed using Internet Explorer.

Our Crystal Enterprise drill-down reports use URLs that call an Internet Explorer program called ActiveX. Some institutions employ protections that prevent anyone other than individuals with 'Administrator' privileges from downloading programs such as ActiveX.

If you are able to view tables on this site other than drill-down reports, chances are that your machine does not have ActiveX installed and you are blocked from downloading it. In this case, please contact your institution's IT department and ask that they sign on to your machine as an Administrator and download ActiveX.
 
 

Adobe Acrobat Error Message: The file is damaged and could not be repaired.

If you encounter the message above, please install the latest version of Adobe Reader. Acrobat Reader is free of charge and takes just a few minutes to download. To download the latest version, you need to know the Operating System on your computer.

  • To find the operating system on your Windows computer:
  • Go to 'Start' --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Double-click 'System'
  • The operating system is shown on the 'General' tab, e.g. Microsoft Windows XP Professional Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2
Click the link below to download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader, and follow the steps below for your operating system:

  • XP Service Pack 2:
  • Click 'Continue' button on the right
  • Uncheck the 'Free Google Toobar' checkbox
  • Click the 'Download Adobe Reader' button
  • Proceed below to 'Continue for all versions'
    •
    • Other Operating Systems:
  • Select your version of Windows from the list box
  • Click 'Continue' button -- the version of Adobe Reader that works with your operating system will display
  • If it displays, uncheck 'Adobe Photoshop' checkbox
  • Click 'Download Adobe Reader' or 'Continue' button
  • Proceed below to 'Continue for all versions'

  • Continue for all versions:
  • Click the Download Adobe Reader button
  • The download process will be initiated. Click on the series of 'Run' (instead of 'Save'), 'Next' and 'Install' buttons to install the new version of Reader immediately.
  • Click the 'Finish' button to exit, once the installation steps are completed.
